Quotable
Value (QV) has appointed experienced business and technology
leader Frazer Scott as its new Chief Executive.

Mr
Scott brings more than 25 years’ experience in senior
leadership across customer experience, operations and
technology, with a proven track record of developing
customer-led products and services, building highly engaged
teams and strengthening business performance.

In 2018,
Mr Scott became Chief Executive of Plan B Technology, where
he led significant improvements in customer experience,
employee engagement and business performance. Following the
company’s acquisition by Atturra, he moved into broader
leadership roles within the company, including Country
Manager for New Zealand.

Prior to joining Plan B
Technology, he spent 15 years with Microsoft in senior
roles, including seven years as Chief Marketing and
Operations Officer for Microsoft New Zealand.

Mr Scott
said he was looking forward to getting to know QV’s people
and customers when he takes up the role on 21
October.

“QV has a fundamental role in New
Zealand’s property market, built on more than 130 years of
property expertise and trusted relationships.

“What
excites me most is the opportunity to build on those
strengths. I’m a big believer in putting customers and
culture first, using technology where it genuinely makes
things better, and creating an environment where good people
can do their best work.

“My first priority will be
to listen, learn and spend time with QV’s people and
customers so I can understand what’s working well and
where the opportunities are.”

QV Board Chair Alex
Skinner said Mr Scott’s combination of commercial,
customer, people and technology leadership aligned strongly
with QV’s strategic direction.

“We are delighted
to appoint Frazer following an extensive search. He stood
out for his breadth of leadership experience, his strong
customer focus, and his track record of building
high-performing teams and delivering business growth and
improved performance.

“QV already has talented
people, deep property expertise and strong customer
relationships. Frazer’s experience will help us build on
those strengths, increase the value we deliver to our
customers, and create new opportunities for sustainable
growth.”

Mr Skinner also acknowledged former Chief
Executive Jacquie Barker, who left QV earlier this year
after a long and successful tenure. “Jacquie joined QV as
a graduate and went on to lead our business for the last 10
years. She made a significant contribution and we thank her
for her dedication, integrity and
leadership.”
