Real estate agent Nic Goodman, who is marketing the home through real estate firm Mint Realty, declined to comment on details surrounding the sale, citing advice from a lawyer.

The home last sold in 2020 for $2.8 million, according to property records.
“The scale of the home is matched by the variety of spaces within it, and the setting that surrounds it,” the latest marketing stated.
“Spanning approximately 654sqm, the home features generous living areas, formal dining and six bedrooms, each with its own ensuite.
“Living spaces open to covered terraces and formal gardens, with established planting and views across the surrounding landscape.
“Beyond the property, residents enjoy access to Hill Country Estate’s shared facilities, with Black Barn’s restaurant, cellar door and events just a short walk away.”
The home was built around 2004 and has been on the market previously, in recent years.
It has a CV of $4.2 million, according to the council.
It is being sold by deadline sale by November 19.
An owner of the property declined to comment on the sale.
